Subject: Mental institutions and psych wards don't do a good job at really helping their clients/patients. That is because they are oriented more towards forcing people to be socially acceptable than actually improving their mental health. My proposals for reform should, if implemented, bring about positive results at making the allegedly mentally ill more functional.
